Donate as you fly
One of our inspiring supporters travels long distances a few times each year for work, which often requires them to fly. They decided to offset the negative environmental impact of the flights by using their travels as an opportunity to fundraise for Tiyeni. Now, every time they return home from a project it sparks a donation to Tiyeni and our work regenerating Malawi’s natural environment.
Campsites for change
Magnus and his family raised money to support Malawian farmers through their eco-conscious business, Low Greenside Farm Campsite. One year they decided to donate all fees from tent pitch sites for the month of August to Tiyeni. Magnus and his family hoped to raise up to £900 for Tiyeni this way. When tent pitch bookings went well into September they decided to donate that month’s fees to Tiyeni as well. In the end, Magnus and his family smashed their target by raising an amazing £1,369 to support Tiyeni and our mission to end food poverty and to improve water security.
