Collaborative working
The Soil Food Web School is an international community of change agents whose mission is to empower individuals and organisations to regenerate the soils in their communities. They train people who help farmers to transition away from using chemicals, to working in harmony with soil biology, resulting in significant benefits to farmers, consumers, and the environment. Tiyeni joined the Soil Food Web School as partner charity in 2021, and has presented at their Soil Regen Summits. These events host international names in the soil science and land husbandry world, attract a huge global audience, and also raised many thousands in donations towards Tiyeni’s work. The Soil Food Web School has awarded Tiyeni 10 scholarships for the Foundation Courses and the Certified Lab-Tech Program, worth USD$60,000. Additionally, one of their founders, Luke Louka, has worked with Tiyeni and The Chophouse to produce a Tiyeni mini documentary and Deep Bed Farming training videos for farmers.
