Wesley Bob Kondowe

Wesley (BSc, Agricultural Economics) is in charge of developing Tiyeni’s monitoring and evaluation activities. He is responsible for data collection and assessment as well as research into the performance of Deep Bed Farming and its social impact on farmers, their families, and their communities. Wesley has over four years’ of hands-on experience in data collection, database management, and statistical analysis. He has worked with Mzuzu Agricultural Development Division and interned with Tiyeni, where he contributed to project evaluations, baselines, and end-line reviews. He also served as an adjunct lecturer in Economics and Statistics at Mzuzu University. His interests span sustainable agriculture, research, rural development, and evidence-based project evaluation.
