We are pleased to shine the spotlight on some novel fundraising ideas below!

Donate when you fly

One of our inspiring supporters travels long distances a few times each year (for work) - This often requires them to fly, so they have begun to donate to Tiyeni every time they arrive home from a project.

Low Greenside Farm Campsite

Magnus and his family offered to raise funds for Malawian farmers by letting out tent camping pitches during August with all the camping fees being donated to Tiyeni to benefit the cause. They thought they might be able to raise as much as £900. But then the pitch bookings continued into September and…………….

The family smashed their target by raising and amazing £1369.00

We were, of course, delighted and impressed by this novel fundraising idea! Read the full story here.

Wedding gifts

A couple was tying the knot and wanted to raise money for Tiyeni because it helps the poorest of the poor in our world. Instead of giving presents, the wedding guests were asked to donate to Tiyeni and raised an incredible £4,889.
